About this test
The cobas EGFR Mutation Test v2 is an in vitro diagnostic, allele-specific real-time PCR assay that qualitatively detects EGFR exon 18, 19, 20, and 21 mutations in DNA from FFPE NSCLC tissue and plasma-derived cfDNA. Run on the cobas 4800 System, it reports mutation detected or not detected to establish EGFR mutation status and support EGFR-targeted treatment decisions.
