Dako EGFR pharmDx Kit is an FDA-approved, qualitative immunohistochemical assay that uses a monoclonal anti-EGFR (HER1) antibody to assess membrane EGFR expression in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded colorectal cancer tissue. The kit provides all reagents and a standardized staining protocol, reporting EGFR-positive or -negative status to support selection of appropriate EGFR-targeted treatment strategies.
