VENTANA FOLR1 (FOLR-2.1) RxDx Assay is an FDA-approved, qualitative immunohistochemistry test that uses a rabbit monoclonal anti-FOLR1 antibody to detect folate receptor alpha protein expression in FFPE epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal carcinoma tissue. It classifies tumors as FOLR1 high or low/negative to help identify patients for FOLR1-directed treatment strategies.
